Recovery time:

Recommendation:
Avoid heat or sun exposure for about 2 to 4 weeks after the treatment. No downtime needed. To heal sooner medical grade compression leggings must be worn for at least a week after the treatment. Do not use sauna, jacuzzi, pool, beach, or bathe for at least 7 days after the treatment.
